Use others Adsense account.  Or there is this revenue sharing scheme where in you can offer others to sign up to your site, make some content contribution with their adsense account in tow.

Not possible to run your ads without having a adsense account. The best you can do is ask someone to share their adsense account and you can put their ad code on your site. Risky and not sure whether anyone will be willing to have their adsense on your site.

Another better option is to try CPA or affiliate links on your blog.
