Its a good step towards a bright future in online advertising but you should keep one thing in mind, which has importance in any BETA stage, you should regularly update it for better response of the visitors. Many such sites failed very soon just because of their lagging behind in updation. However, this is my personal view and may be having some mistake in it.

Great site. I'm interested in CPM network. Let's see if they accept my site's invitation for CPM ads. I want CPM advertisers on my network. What are the requirements for site ?

Do you allow Proxy sites?

What happened to this site, its redirecting to other site with 404 error.  40$ payout is too high. If it is   10$, I will join as publisher.

I also noticed the same that site is down. I think vadvertisement service is shut down now. They overdid bandwidth quota perhaps.

I think that you should track this problem and solve is fast otherwise it may result in a loss for your business. Identify the problem that is occuring and then make sure that proper measures are taken.
