Setup a website, a cheap one, with .info domain and install wordpress. You can reach GoDaddy.com for 99cents .info domain and HostGator for 1 cent hosting the first month (check my sig  ).

All set? Find some videos or full movies website, or embbed some justin.tv TV Channels. While you're there, add some adsense there (watch out for Goog's guidelines).
