How can I change my follower to my subscriber?

Right now I have more than 300 followers now, how can I change them to my subscriber, any idea other than send them message one by one? Any tools that I can use in Twitter? Please advise.

Well i think you need to go slow with this one. I mean i guess you need to contact or stay in touch with them by asking some question using @username. Once you do that you'll find more interaction between them and you'll get them as subscriber. Don't aim for quick and overnight success this will land you in trouble.

If you try to give it a quick shot it won't work try to grab everyones subscription one by one. some day you will achieve your target subscription count.
