whats the best way to promote a TV show streaming site?

And whats they best key phrase for, lets say a show on Heroes ?

Promote it on reel sites. Just do a search for 'reel', 'reel sites' on google and you should be fine from there.

Huh! Don't you think the best key phrase for a show on Heroes would be just 'heroes'?

The promotion of a Streaming site should be done using another streaming site.

Target a high traffic streaming site to promote your site.

If you are running streaming sites then you should hang around near entertainment/general forums. You need to regularly promote your link in forums and comments box so that you can get some traffic. Keywords should be used which are highly popular.
