i don't really use much tools, i use articlechecker.com to make sure my articles are unique, and the search status firefox addon to check do follow links, alexa and google pr of a site.

Backlinkwatcher and some of the rank checking tools. Keyword lookup tools are what i want to keep track. I use them regularly to see what is going on with my niche.

I have my own SEO tools  which i can use for my entire seo process .. apart from all that i can only use Web Position

I use xml-sitemaps.com to generate sitemap.
 
I generate sitemap and submit it to Google webmaster.

I submit my link manually.

I like Google Analytics very much. It is very helpful in finding the stats of my website at anytime wthout much effort and it is free. It also have good details like what are the keywords that can bring the isitors to my site
