Impact of site maturity

Hi Everyone,

How will the site maturity impact the SEO? Do we need to make an "under construction" page and register the site with search engines before it's up and running for SEO purposes? Please let me know.

I think as the site matures, you will gain more backlinks and possibly the amount of opportunities for SEO will increase, so yes it does have an impact.

Its is nothing like you need to have under construction page before promoting your website.

The search engines will index your pages as you go on posting more pages.

The no of pages you post,No of back links,Meta tags everything counts for the SEO stuff.

Instead of placing up a standard "Under construction" page I would put up a page of text describing what will be on the site. This way if search engines pinpoint it they will recognize how to index it.
