What about a PR9 link power?

Ok, I dream a little, but what if you get a link from such a page? I saw in a PR9 webpage some links and I follow those links. I was surprised to see a PR3 or PR4. Why is this? Any explanation?

just one PR9 link is not enough to get you to PR7, PR8, or PR9.

As jazz said just one link is no good. And just imagine how many backlinks that one PR9 site needs to get a pr9. I guess yahoo.com is pr9, you can see how many backlinks it has. Lol!!

You need to have that PR9 in your niche also a single PR9 won't give you more result to get you good PR.
