Yahoo SEO
« on: January 02, 2010, 11:02:30 PM »
Well Google used to love me, sending thousands of visitors per month, but recently that has dwindled as they somehow show 0 backlinks for me.

So I am stopping my ad campaigns on Google and starting to look at Yahoo, the second largest organic source for my website.

What are the tricks to getting up in Yahoo?

If you have spammed your links then you'll see Google put you into sandbox. You can get back to results of google by link exchanging with only relevant sites.

For yahoo, you can submit your site and see if they can accept it. (It is not guaranteed). Or submit for 295$ Yahoo submission, which is guranteed listing in search engine. Also Yahoo site explorer helps as well.

This is a mystery. If any individual knew for certain, they'd be generating the big bucks! From my experience, doing SEO for your website works the same for Google and Yahoo (and other engines).
